At the Kelley School of Business, Courtney Payne Taylor, BS 06, learned that business is about finding a need in the community and serving it. She started the Girls Riders Organization to serve the needs of girls and women in sports. As a female founder, it’s Courtney’s job not only to mentor girls in skateboarding communities across the country but to inspire women in social enterprise.
